At 1117 hours on March 24th station 12 was dispatched to 793 mayhew avenue to assist station 25-1 (Woolwich) on a dwelling fire. Ladder 12-6 arrived to find the dwelling fully involved with crews from 25-1 and 23-1 (Mullica Hill) battling the fire. 12-6's crew went into service with two 1 3/4 handlines. Engine 12-1 and tender 12-5a also made the response. 12-5a assisted with water supply while 12-1's crew assisted with overhaul. Due to the amount of fire there was a collapse that caused the fire attack to go defensive. All station 12 units were made available at 1506 hours.

On the night of March 21st Station 12 had its annual Banquet at the Moose Lodge in Pilesgrove Twp. The significant others of the members were honored while several members were given yearly awards and some new awards. The top responders were honored with gift certificates while 2nd Assistant chief Jeff Proud took home Firefighter of the Year. Thanks to Rushes for the wonderful food and the maxwell brothers for the nightly entertainment.

At approx. 2310hr on March 14 Sta. 12 was dispatched for a R.I.C. assignment in Alloway Twp at 101 Pleasant Hill Rd. Special Operations 12-7 responded with a crew of 7. Crews arrived to a fully involved single family dwelling with crews from Sta. 19 stretching 1 3/4 handlines into the rear of the dwelling and in to the basement. R.I.C. 12 set up operations in the front of the dwelling and made several walk a round's of the dwelling. R.I.C. 12 remained in stand-by status for approx 2 hours. As 12-7 was responding Station 12 was re dispatched for a tender assist on the same job. Tender 12-5a responded along with Tender 12-5 and Ladder 12-6. Tender 12-5a was immediately placed in service to supply Engine 19-1(Alloway), Ladder 12-6 crew was placed in service to assist Sta. 19 firefighters with fire suppression and overhaul. All Sta. 12 units where back in service by 0136

On 3/9/09 at 1815 hours the station participated in live burn training exercises at the salem county fire academy. Crews worked in several evolutions. A special thanks to the academy for the use of the burn building.

Around 1203 hours on 3/9/09 Station 12 was dispatched to 385 Bailey street for a Motor Vehicle Crash along with Squad 12. 12-7 arrived and found 2 cars side to side along the roadway. Crews extricated two occupants from one of the cars. 12-7 was cleared at 1254 hours, but while it was returning, the station was dispatched to 33 Valley forge drive for a dwelling fire in Woolwich Township, Gloucester County. 12-7 returned and crews switched to ladder 12-6 to make the response along with tender 12-5a. Both were made available before arriving

Station 12 responded to a Working Fire in two story single family dwelling on 3/6/09 at around 2224 hours. Engine crews located fire in the basement and first floor kitchen area. Crews utilized 3 handlines to extinguish fire. Crews conducted ventilation on 1st floor and overhaul. Station 12 was assisted by Engine 2 (Auburn), Station 3 (Pedricktown), Station 19 (Alloway) R.I.C. team 5 (Pennsvile) and Woolwich Fire Company 25-1 out of Gloucester County. Squad 12 also assisted with rehab. Units were clear from the scene at 0034 hours.
